Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. If applicable law requires a higher minimum age or permission from a parent or guardian, that requirement applies. If you use Blockblock for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.

• Provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably current.
• Keep your sign-in credentials secure and do not share access to your account.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
• Do not transfer, sell, rent, or create accounts for deceptive or abusive purposes.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account except to the extent that the activity results from our failure to use reasonable security measures or applicable law provides otherwise.

Game rules, matchmaking, clocks, ratings, rankings, puzzles, analysis, and rewards may evolve as we balance or improve the service. Results and ratings are part of the game and have no cash value.

Usernames, display names, avatars, ratings, match history, gameplay information, and shared replay or game links may be visible to other players. Do not include sensitive information in public profile fields.

The price, billing interval, included features, and any trial are shown before purchase. Unless the purchase screen says otherwise, Premium is a recurring subscription that renews automatically until cancelled. Taxes and currency conversion may depend on your location and payment provider.

You can manage or cancel renewal through the billing portal or app store used for the purchase. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Refunds, withdrawal rights, and remedies are governed by applicable law and the policies of Stripe, Apple, or Google, as relevant. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Blockblock may use or link to services provided by Google, Apple, Stripe, RevenueCat, Meta, and other infrastructure or communications providers. Their own terms and policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

Free accounts may see limited advertising or choose to watch a rewarded ad. Rejecting an optional rewarded ad does not prevent ordinary gameplay. Premium accounts receive the ad-free experience described at purchase while their entitlement is active.

You may stop using Blockblock at any time and may request account deletion through account settings. Deleting an account does not itself cancel a subscription managed by an app store or payment provider; cancel renewal through the relevant provider as well.

We may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a serious or repeated breach, fraud, cheating, security risk, legal requirement, or harm to other users or the service. Where appropriate, we will consider the nature of the issue and provide notice or an opportunity to appeal by contacting support.

Blockblock is provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device, or that every defect can be corrected immediately.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss. We do not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer remedies.

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovakia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections or courts available under the law of your habitual residence.
